The CORY Way: Delivery Performance Index

The Delivery Performance Index (DPI) measures our performance each day. The DPI gives our delivery contractors and staff the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Measurement includes statistical performance, customer feedback, claims ratio and safety performance. Attitude, appearance and communication with customers and clients also apply.

Monthly DPI meetings are held during which contractors and staff are recognized and rewarded for their performance. Many of our clients attend these meetings and many also contribute to the program.
